wonderful stay
perfect location free parking helpful staff
the location was perfect and near the aiguille du midi cable car. free parking was very helpful. the front desk staff was helpful (mr. phillipe and mr josquin assisted with our needs).
the check-in time at 5:00 pm felt late and the 10:00 am check-out time felt early. the need for a physical card for the 500 euros deposit could be an issue.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel offered a pool and a gym. a decent-sized pool allows for swimming laps. the spa area includes a wet and dry sauna. jacuzzis (perfect after a day out).
Location
10/10
the hotel is a short walk from the city center. the aiguille du midi cable car is very close. a coffee shop with pastries is a one-minute walk. a grocery store is two minutes away.
Rooms
9/10
our two-bedroom apartment had two bathrooms and a daybed. it included a kitchen. pool towels, slippers, and bathrobes were provided. the balcony was a good size (i especially liked the mountain views).

serene alpine escape
helpful staff mountain view spacious apartment well-equipped kitchen
i found the staff sweet and helpful. their warm welcome included useful info for a comfy stay. the hotel had a decent size pool where some people swam laps. i stayed in building c that offered mountain views from a two bedroom apartment with two baths and a daybed.
the beds lacked comfort and affected sleep quality. i could hear insects eating the chalet wood throughout the night. soundproofing from the above apartment was minimal, disappointing.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel features a pool good for laps. a kiddie pool for children. wet and dry saunas exist for relaxation purposes. jacuzzis offer soothing experiences to guests.
Location
10/10
the hotel is next to the aiguille du midi cable car for mountain access. a coffee shop with fresh pastries sits just a minute's walk to the left. a grocery store is only two minutes by foot from the building.
Dining

the nearby coffee shop provides fresh pastries within a minute's walk. the apartments include fully equipped kitchens with necessary cookware. grocery stores are located a short walk away, offering food.
Rooms

well-equipped apartment connected buildings clean apartment late check-in time early check-out time limited hours
the apartment was very well equipped. the hotel consisted of three connected buildings. a grocery store was only a two-minute walk away!!! i was upgraded to a bigger apartment with my family. it was lovely and clean.
check-in time was too late at 5:00 pm. check-out time was too early at 10:00 am. the reception closes at 8pm, so there are limited hours. room service isn't included, and it comes at an extra cost!!!

noise issue excessive fee
The noise was a real issue. i could clearly hear other guests moving around and talking.. i found the lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax. another annoyance was the additional fee for room service. I thought that was excessive.

The included underground parking was secure and convenient. It offered direct access to the building.
The room temperature was not adjustable! This made sleeping difficult as I prefer a cooler environment. I expect a certain degree of control in accommodations of this caliber. This lack of control detracted from the experience.
