wonderful stay

perfect location free parking helpful staff
the location was perfect and near the aiguille du midi cable car. free parking was very helpful. the front desk staff was helpful (mr. phillipe and mr josquin assisted with our needs).
the check-in time at 5:00 pm felt late and the 10:00 am check-out time felt early. the need for a physical card for the 500 euros deposit could be an issue.

serene alpine escape

helpful staff mountain view spacious apartment well-equipped kitchen
i found the staff sweet and helpful. their warm welcome included useful info for a comfy stay. the hotel had a decent size pool where some people swam laps. i stayed in building c that offered mountain views from a two bedroom apartment with two baths and a daybed.
the beds lacked comfort and affected sleep quality. i could hear insects eating the chalet wood throughout the night. soundproofing from the above apartment was minimal, disappointing.

well-equipped apartment connected buildings clean apartment late check-in time early check-out time limited hours
the apartment was very well equipped. the hotel consisted of three connected buildings. a grocery store was only a two-minute walk away!!! i was upgraded to a bigger apartment with my family. it was lovely and clean.
check-in time was too late at 5:00 pm. check-out time was too early at 10:00 am. the reception closes at 8pm, so there are limited hours. room service isn't included, and it comes at an extra cost!!!

The hotel is located next to the cable car. It provides access to Aiguille du midi. The pool area was clean and spacious. The sauna was well maintained.
The check-in time is too late at 5:00 pm. Check-out time is too early at 10:00 am. The hotel requests a 500 euros deposit. They require a physical card for the deposit.

noise issue excessive fee
The noise was a real issue. i could clearly hear other guests moving around and talking.. i found the lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax. another annoyance was the additional fee for room service. I thought that was excessive.

The included underground parking was secure and convenient. It offered direct access to the building.
The room temperature was not adjustable! This made sleeping difficult as I prefer a cooler environment. I expect a certain degree of control in accommodations of this caliber. This lack of control detracted from the experience.
